A leading energy technology and manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations at a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Beaver Dam Wisconsin.
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across materials management purchasing production planning and inventory strategy while ensuring 100% on-time delivery and optimized working capital.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving manufacturing environments and enjoys building scalable supply chain systems from the ground up.
What Youll Lead:
You will oversee the full supply chain operation for the facility aligning materials strategy with production execution and driving operational improvements across purchasing planning and logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading purchasing planning and materials management teams
Driving on-time delivery inventory accuracy and schedule attainment metrics
Synchronizing supply chain operations with production execution
Developing and improving order management and planning processes
Executing SIOP plans and supply chain performance initiatives
Partnering with strategic sourcing teams to reduce lead times and optimize cost
Driving best practices in inventory management and material flow
You will also play a key role in the continued build-out and strategic development of a new manufacturing facility.
Supply Chain Systems & Methodologies:
This environment leverages modern supply chain methodologies including:
PFEP (Plan for Every Part)
ABC Inventory Analysis
MRP and advanced replenishment models
Supplier pull systems and VMI programs
Warehouse management optimization
RFID barcoding and cycle count accuracy programs
The role also functions as a SAP Super User within the supply chain function.
Leadership Impact:
You will lead a team responsible for core facility supply chain operations including:
Materials Managers
Planning leadership
Materials analysts and supply chain professionals
This role partners closely with production leadership corporate sourcing teams and executive stakeholders to drive operational performance.
Ideal Background:
You may be a strong fit if you have:
7 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing
Experience managing purchasing planning and materials management functions
Strong knowledge of inventory optimization PFEP and SIOP execution
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
Ability to lead teams and drive measurable operational improvements
Candidates with CPIM CPM or advanced supply chain certifications are highly valued.
