Job Description
The Construction Analyst Sr. is responsible for providing oversight to field accounting for construction projects. This role will support our employees on temporary construction assignments contract personnel used as field accountants on construction projects. The ability to collaborate with our company partners and resolve resolutions to unique and sophisticated problems are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Coordinates field construction accounting and some materials management activities for all construction projects
Supports and evaluates construction accountants and material specialists
Tracks invoicing on 3rd party personnel
Administers temporary construction offices and office equipment
Generates project reporting
Collaborates with our business partners on project materials receipts and generates reconciliations
Performs construction project closeouts
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Construction Management or General Studies; minimum of eight (8) years experience in administrative accounting invoicing
Preferred: A minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in administrative accounting invoicing
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Demonstrates significant construction accounting expertise
Knowledge of accounting systems Oracle Powerplant Procore
Skills: Construction Project Accounting: Strong experience managing financial activities for construction projects including cost tracking budgeting and field accounting support.
