Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate RN to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude a friendly demeanor excellent interpersonal skillsand the ability to provide medical support to our residents in their home.

Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical psychosocial and environmental needs of ourresidents
- Assess patients conditions and chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication administration
- Administer medication as prescribed by the residentsphysician
- Provide effective communication to residents their family members team members and other health care professionals
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma Associate or Bachelors School of Nursing or vocational nursing
- Current state license as an RN
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Compassionate friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Current drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
