Job Summary
Description
RPO Recruitments client leading South African contractor is seeking an experienced Site Commercial Manager for a civil/mining project in Limpopo. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial professional to play a key role on a significant infrastructure project with a well-established contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Overall commercial and contract administration on site
- Management of claims variations disputes and compensation events
- Oversight of QS and subcontractor functions
- Cost control cashflow management and commercial reporting
Requirements:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
- 1015 years experience in the construction industry specifically within Roads Earthworks Civils and/or Mining projects
- NEC contract experience is essential
- Proven experience using CCS Candy and/or BuildSmart (essential)
- Sound knowledge of measurement standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to produce accurate reliable and precise outputs
- Strong capability to interpret and assess complex contractual events and their commercial impact
Benefits:
Salary: R11M R13M CTC per annum
