About the Role
This role supports regional field marketing initiatives for a global organization that works closely with enterprise and IT-focused teams across LATAM. It offers high visibility regional impact and close collaboration with Field Marketing and LATAM Marketing leadership.
The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting LATAM field marketing efforts including event logistics vendor coordination and digital marketing execution. This role partners closely with Field Marketing leaders to ensure consistent branding strong operational execution and measurable campaign performance across Mexico and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Vendor Management (LATAM):
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify venues aligned with event objectives and requirements.
- Establish and maintain direct relationships with vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with vendors during pre-event phases to ensure timely and successful event execution.
- Manage Purchase Order (PO) requests to support smooth logistical and operational processes
Digital Marketing & Operations:- Create manage and update landing pages using Swoogo to support event marketing initiatives.
- Lead and consolidate the LATAM digital and social marketing plan in collaboration with Field Marketing leadership.
- Capture and curate content during in-person events for pre- and post-event marketing use.
- Create engaging content for LATAM social media channels and ADEs to drive visibility and engagement.
- Oversee content translation from English to Spanish ensuring brand consistency across all assets.
- Provide on-the-ground operational support to the LATAM Marketing Manager to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on Mexico supporting regional growth and online engagement.
- Build and execute Eloqua campaigns to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency.
- Support campaign creation and tracking in Salesforce (SFDC) including MF and OT campaigns.
- Develop expertise in BEACON reporting and waterfall analysis in collaboration with Field Marketing leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in field marketing event marketing or marketing operations within LATAM.
- Strong experience coordinating events and managing vendors.
- Hands-on experience with Swoogo Eloqua and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Guadalajara Mexico.
- English level B2 or advanced C1 (spoken and written)
