Technical Quality Sr. Analyst
ROLE PURPOSE
Reporting directly to the TQ Manager builds relationships throughout the Global Community and locally to support Quality and Supply Chain team programs and processes. The TQ Sr analyst will provide technical quality resources to internal and external customers responding to quality related customer requests maintaining quality related documentation and facilitate resolution of quality issues. TQ Sr analyst will also provide support advice and direction to the TQ analysts when needed. Assist with improvements to key business processes which have an impact on TQ to enable better ways of working and achievement of agreed SLAs
Provide quality and food safety support to key customers in terms of enquiries questionnaires portals surveys customer specification updates nutritional data religious certifications export certifications and other information as required within the LATAM region.
To be a key point of contact between internal and external customers for all quality and food safety related queries and to proactively engage with the Commercial team (Sales Product Manager) ATS and Quality Team as required to successfully resolve quality roadblocks.
Responsible for the implementation of the quality processes and tools required to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction by TQ perspective.
Work requirements and solutions with all internal stakeholders such as Quality ATS Manufacturing and Logistics teams to support customers and regulatory requirements.
Cultivates and maintains strong partnerships with key stakeholders inside-and-outside of the department.
Provide and maintain product information such as customer specifications testing parameters shelf life nutritional data SDS technical data regulatory compliance quality audits religious certifications
Conduct the qualification process perform by the customers providing the information requested in the questionnaires including process information related to the products in order to maintain the company status as a qualified supplier
Coordinate customer audits and facilitates NDA process.
Provide support to the customers audit process and forward the requested documents in order to meet the specified requirements
Populate and maintain various portal platforms (customers regulatory others) with quality information and ensure accurate up to date information is always available
Issues or approves continuing guarantees quality agreements special customer quality or shipping requirements quality statements
Delivery and communicate timely customer complaint responses
Review and facilitate customer claims related to quality complaints
Facilitate resolution of quality complaints with customers if needed it may involve a meeting with the customer.
Negotiate specification reviews with customers
Coordinate the specification review process by liaising with all key stakeholders (internal and external)
Develop technical quality and food safety response letters to customers based on legislation and other necessary technical information
Participate in key business processes such as MOC QMM PLM Workflow approvals and others as required by the nature of the role to ensure all changes to specifications policies customer requirements and legislation updates are effectively communicated controlled approved and implemented to mitigate risk to the business.
Approve process and product specification changes
Facilitate and review customer notifications for change management
Promote and support a cross functional integrated approach to achieve and deliver all SLAs
Drive consistency and adherence to quality procedures and specification requirements
Ensure that all quality and food safety information and documentation provide to customers are updated and organized seeking technical information and current legislation.
Work with Operations activities in Quality and Food Safety regulatory changes as define by regulatory team supporting compliance related to labelling customer documentation sanitary licenses and other requirements.
Maintain updated procedures for activities.
Work to achieve specific team and individual objectives.
Responsible for preparation and reporting KPIs and performance data.
Work to achieve specific team and individual objectives.
Support other analysts on the activities
Other duties as assigned by manager and line manager.
COMPETENCIES/ QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Thorough understanding & working knowledge of Food safety Food defense Allergen Program HACCP and all GFSI standards and other customer standards
Knowledge of SAP Quality Management PLM and TraceGains system preferred
A working knowledge of computers and business software such as Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
Desirable knowledge of PowerBI.
