Job Summary

As a Product Manager Flight Management Solutions you will contribute to the evolution of CAEs Flight Operations Solutions platform focusing on delivering value through the Flight Plan Manager tool for airline operations and dispatch teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering QA delivery and customer-facing groupsto design and deliver solutions that address operational challenges and align with CAEs mission to optimize airline operations globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate customer insights and operational pain points into clear business and functional requirements.
  • Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support discovery activities such as interviews demos and data analysis to validate problem statements.
  • Collaborate with SCRUM teams to design and deliver functionality that adds measurable value for airline operations.
  • Prepare and run internal/external demos; capture feedback and convert it into actionable backlog items.
  • Maintain feature documentation and contribute to release notes.

Location & Travel
  • Kraków Poland (Hybrid working approach).
  • Approximately 20% travel (domestic and international) for customer workshops and industry events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in Airline Flight Operations or Business Analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to distill complex or ambiguous information into actionable requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver results.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering IT Aeronautical Science or related field.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Poland.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data integration between multiple products.
  • Knowledge of ATC coordination or airline operational processes.
  • Exposure to agile tools and methodologies.
  • Previous experience writing functional specifications and acceptance tests.
  • Dispatch and/or Pilot license.

Base Pay Range

Our total rewards package includes base pay and benefits with final compensation determined by experience skill location and internal equity.

Base salary range: PLN gross per month
