Team Lead, Hospitality Services

The Hospitality Services Team Leader role is responsible for developing and maintaining world class client experience for our team members clients and guests by providing a memorable experience with our hospitality services. Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and team members.

• Leading team to ensure all kitchens and VIP rooms are continuously stocked and clean (i.e. Coke machines coffee utensils snacks etc.)
• Coordinating and delegating event setups
• Performing daily checks on all areas of responsibility
• Possesses a passion for exceeding client experience
• Ordering stock weekly
• Maintain stock par levels
• Manage multiple customer service locations in multiple buildings
• Participate in team meetings where you will need to solicit new ideas provide feedback coaching and identify opportunities for development and operational improvement
• Assist with any other duties requested

• 3 years experience in hospitality services
• 3 years experience supply ordering and adjusting par levels
• 3 years team leader/supervisor experience
• Familiarity with office and concession supplies is a plus
• High School Diploma
• Sense of Urgency
• Excellent communication skills
• Client-focused
• Able to lift over 50 pounds
• Able to operate push cart or hand cart/trolley
