Here is who we are looking for:

• A bachelors degree or higher

• 10 years of experience specifically managing retail facilities with proven managerial experience required as this role will manage a team of 9 Senior Facilities Manager.

• Strong retail banking and/or Tech experience capable of managing high-touch high-end brand product and specialty spaces

• Strong client relationship management strategic thinking with execution capabilities independent leadership with excellent organizational and multitasking skills outstanding communication and presentation abilities and a forward-thinking mindset that drives innovation and transformation.

• Understanding of commercial leases contract documents and routine accounting methods.

• Familiarity with building systems CMMSs and Microsoft Office

• Superior financial skills and budgeting/forecasting

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with on-call required after-hours

Pay $150000 depending on experience and location
