Responsibilities
1. Payroll (Pre Post and Core payroll):
Payroll Preparation Audits.
Payment Services Tasks-Garnishments.
General Ledger - Post Payroll Report.
Quarter End Tasks.
Oversee payroll activities ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Address and resolve complex payroll issues or escalations.
o Clear concept of inflow and out and impact of superannuation
o Understands pre-payroll and reconciliation activities
3. Reporting and Analytics:
Generatepayrollreports and insights formanagement including business and regulatory reporting
Analyze trends and provide insights to improve payroll operations.
4. Compliance and Process Improvement:
Ensure compliance with Australia statutory requirements and company policies.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Post Payroll processing reports
Bachelors degree in HR Management or a related field.
payroll experience
Advanced proficiency in payroll software and reporting tools.
Five Days working from Office
Certification in payroll management or HR operations.
Experience in process improvement and automation.
Preference of an understanding of Human Resource Management System Payroll module
Leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
