Introduction:

The Business Manager / Business Readiness Lead is responsible for planning coordinating and managing business readiness activities across strategic transformation programs and initiatives within Finance Capability Group. This role ensures that Finance functions processes and teams are prepared for change enabling successful adoption and sustained performance improvements. The position partners with cross-functional stakeholders including Data & Analytics IT other Capability Groups and external partnersto drive readiness manage risks and deliver value across all relevant projects and initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate business-readiness activities for transformation programs process changes and technology implementations across the Finance Capability Group.

• Develop andmaintainbusiness readiness roadmaps project plans and dashboards.

• Assess organizational impactidentifyreadiness gaps and design mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement change management and communication plans.

• Track progress manage risks and report status toCGL andGlobal Process Owner (GPO).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery ofprogramobjectives.

• Support process mapping documentation compliance checks and business process harmonization efforts.

• Prepare executive-ready presentations dashboards and reports for leadership.

• Perform all activities safely and responsibly and support all Environmental Health Safety & Securityrequirementsand programs.

• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

• Applies judgment within established procedures practices and policies developing methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and escalating complex issues to the CGL.

• Plans directs andisaccountable for all activities and results ofthe FinanceCapability Group related tobusiness readiness.

• Deliversassigned work on time and with accuracy ensuring alignment withCapabilityGroupobjectives.

• Maintains clear andtimelycommunication with the CGL andGPO.

• Contributes to process improvement and harmonization efforts supporting the CGLs accountability for transformation outcomes.

Relationship Focus

• Buildscross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams includingData & Analytics IT other CapabilityGroupsand external partners.

• Buildsrelationships with internal customers and subject matter experts.

• Participates in formal and informal networks to support programobjectivesandstakeholderengagement.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Requires functionalexpertiseand knowledgeofOrder-to-Cash including commercial and credit-to-cashworkstreambusiness processes.

• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced global environment.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).

• Experience with business process harmonization&corporate performance managementprojects and global-scaleERP implementations preferred.

• Familiarity with legacy Oracle systemsSAPS4 HANA SAPSD module SAP RM (ReceivableManagement) SAP TRM(Treasury)SAP GTS andQuantumisa plus.

• Business-level Englishrequiredadditionallanguages a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Information Systems or related field.

• 10years of relevantexperience in business operations finance project management or transformation environments.

• Demonstrated experience in leading business readiness orchangemanagement activities for large-scale projects.
