A few years experience in hotel sales or account management plugged into the local scene and fluent in the language of KPIs
Curious entrepreneurial and fired up to take ownership
Hands-on energy with a cool head even when multiple hotels and priorities hit at once
Totally at home in CRMs Excel and MS Office - organised structured and always one step ahead
A natural relationship-builder fluent in Italian and English turning conversations into long-term partnerships
