Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at CHI St. Francis Health youll excel in your nursing career by providing long-term care (LTC) services to the residents of our facility. This opportunity provides you with the chance to build on your education and experience in a skilled nursing setting while being part of an interdisciplinary team that administers individualized comprehensive care to residents.
Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to help others - with a patient-first mindset. Keen assessment skills critical thinking and a sense of urgency support your career advancement as you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will implement our residents individual Care Plans.
Responsibilities:
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
- Reviews and evaluates residents care and adjusts as needed.
- Administered conducts directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.
- Direct supervision of LPNs TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift.
- Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university.
- Active Minnesota license in good standing.
- BLS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome.
- Strong leadership skills.
