Real Estate Project Owner/Documents Developer
SoftPro is seeking a Real Estate Project Owner/Documents Developer in our Raleigh NC office or as a remote this position you will be responsible for managing custom document projects throughout the customers implementation process. You will own all aspects of the projects including but not limited to project creation review requirement gathering development/unit testing efforts and online conference meetings with your clients and other departments. You must maintain the highest quality of documents to support your customers needs. Additionally you must understand the design aspects of MS Word and possess the ability to learn SPML based proprietary document coding language.
Job Requirements
- A comprehensive understanding of a real estate transaction both title and escrow related
- Thorough knowledge of the documents used throughout the Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance industry
- Advanced skills with MS Office: Excel Word and Outlook
- Must be a team player flexible and exhibit excellent communications skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- 10% US travel is required
- Prior development skills and/or MS Team Foundation Server experience a plus!
- Associates degree or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
