About this role:

Gartner is currently seeking aSenior Paralegal(SP)for ourCommercial Americas Team.TheSPwillinterface withGartners Sales organization Finance organizationand operating business unitstosupport the sale and delivery ofGartnerBusiness Technology and Insight (BTI)and Consulting services to clients in theAmericas.TheSPwillbe responsible forcontract managementreviewing and negotiating simple contracts (e.g.NDAs) supportingCollectionsmattersanddeveloping andmaintainingthe Commercial Americas Teamspolicy repository.

What youll do:

  • Manage GartnersCommercialcontractsand approval processforAmericas Legalteam workingwith stakeholders across partner organizations.

  • Lead review and negotiation of simple contracts such as Nondisclosure Agreementsor client dispute settlement agreements.

  • SupportCreditandCollections groupin responding to clientdisputes.Includes helping withfact gathering anddiscussions with clients.

  • Maintain Commercial Americas Teams policy repository including development and updates to policies(including supporting collateralif applicable)playbooksand organization ofSharepointrepository.Point person for policy questions from Global Commercial team.

  • Prepare and communicate internal/external reporting requirements.

  • Assistwith ancillary information requests related to contractual and business matters.

Whatyoullneed:

  • Associate or BachelorsDegree with discipline inprojectmanagement or similarpreferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experiencein a corporate legal department preferablyincluding contractmanagement experience.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Microsoft Office (includingSharepointand OneDrive) andGen AI contracting tools.

  • Strongnegotiation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certification(s) (i.e.CPCM CFCM etc.)and/or Project Management certification(s) (i.e.PMP CAPM CPM)preferred.

  • Language skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese a bonus.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 79000 USD - 109000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
