This role forms a critical part of the HR function within Social Security Scotland. Our HR Business Partners operate at a strategic level as part of our business leadership team.
In this role you will work with the other HR Business Partners to support and influence the senior business management and their teams to drive sustained improvements in all aspects of HR including workforce planning organisation design team and individual performance talent management inclusion and working practices.

Candidates must hold Chartered Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) or equivalent experience and be prepared to obtain Chartered Membership within 12 months of appointment.

Working Pattern
Our standard hours are 35 hours per week and we offer a range of flexible working options depending on the needs of the role.
