AI Engineer

Job Description:
You will bridge the gap between frontier AI and real-world business operations by building production-ready systems for diverse industries. Working directly with repeat founders you will develop software that automates complex workflows handles real transactions and generates tangible value. This is a high-impact role involving technical development client interaction and site visits.

What you will do:

Design and build end-to-end AI systems that integrate with complex business workflows and handle live production data.
Collaborate directly with leadership and clients to identify automation opportunities and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
Manage full-cycle project delivery from initial site visits and discovery to deploying software that drives business profitability.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience building useful software through side projects professional work or academic challenges with a focus on results.

A record of high performance in any field and the ability to learn new AI methodologies and tooling rapidly.
