Thailand IT Infrastructure Specialist Full Time

Role Overview:
The IT Infrastructure Specialist will be accountable and responsible for all infrastructure project and operations for our Thailand office. This is an exciting position that involves partnership of Otis global IT partners in Network Compute/Storage and Workplace collaboration with global and regional Digital Technology teams to provide excellent service level in IT services to your end users. You will report to the Asia regional DT Infrastructure lead who will provide you access to mentorship development opportunities and exposure to a multicultural work environment.

On a typical day you will:

• Responsible for all IT Infrastructure and administrative operations duties.

• Work with 3rd party (Global and Local) on all IT infrastructure services ensuring stability performance and security of core infrastructure systems.

• Personal Computer/Network and Server

• Multifunction Printers

• Data center environment

• Local Telecom

• Mobile devices (AirWatch/Intune)

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations & managing incident resolution process via INC management tool (Service Now) to ensure the issue has resolved within reasonable time.

• Plan track and optimize IT budgets to align with organizational objectives.

• Communicate IT global policy & new IT solutions to local users to ensure they are understanding and following appropriately.

• Maintaining and monitoring global and local project plans and project schedules.

• Lead and collaborate on global-to-local IT projects ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

• Providing administrative support as needed.

• Need to create written documentation required for excellent English written and verbal communication.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• Proactive attitude customer service orientated approach & willingness to meet or exceed expected service level.

• Excellent verbal written and presentation skills in English.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field.

• 5 years experience in related field.

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and endpoint administration.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global and APAC teams.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.

• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Microsoft Azure Microsoft Intune network systems and cloud monitoring tools.

• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
