What Youll Do

As a Consultant Intern at BTS youll support organizations in translating their strategies into action. Youll work closely with clients from senior executives to emerging leaders to help design and deliver experiences that change how people think act and lead.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting the facilitation of strategic workshops and training sessions both in-person and virtual helping teams connect their goals to business performance.

• Contributing to the design of customized learning journeys and simulations in partnership with our global Centers of Expertise.

• Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy leadership and execution.

• Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously ensuring quality impact and client satisfaction.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team bringing together creativity analytical thinking and a human touch.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• Final-year university student or recent graduate status or initial professional experience ideally in consulting strategy business engineering economics or related fields.

• Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written).

• Ability to structure problems analyze data and communicate insights clearly.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.

• A collaborative humble and proactive mindset thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

• Availability to work from our offices in a hybrid model (3 days per week).
