Analyze and optimize Partner Visibility metrics specific to the Italian market driving continuous improvement in partner performance including customer ratings products with high quality images conversion rate.
Partner Retention: Analyze partner positioning within the conversion funnel to identify opportunities and develop targeted retention strategies and action plans.
Ads Revenue: Optimize partner advertising spend through strategic analysis and recommendations that maximize revenue while delivering measurable positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for Partners
Execute projects with global team to ensure alignment with company objectives while considering local nuances and challenges.
Collect and analyze data from the Italian market to provide insights and reports helping to inform strategic decisions.
Foster a collaborative environment within the team sharing knowledge and insights specific to Italian markets to drive collective growth and development.
Qualifications :
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset capable of making informed decisions and solving complex problems.
Highly organized responsible and self-motivated
Willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate operational guidelines and procedures to the local team.
Attention to detail with the ability to spot inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.
Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with a fast pace.
Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering or any related field
Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets required
SQL is a plus
