About this position: Clinician 1
PPGNHAIK is seeking an exceptionaladvanced practice clinician to provide direct service reproductive healthcare. This individual will serve as clinical leader and partner positive center manager to ensure quality care a smoothly functioning health care team and a positive patient experience.

This is a full-time position at our Lafayette health center. 37.5 hours weekly

What youll be doing:
Within state specified licensure and scope of practice and PPGNHAIK Medical Standards and Guidelines and privileging provides confidential healthcare in a compassionate professional and culturally competent manner to create a positive patient experience.

Evaluates diagnoses and treats reproductive health concerns including preventive care contraception sexually transmitted infections gender affirming hormone treatment pregnancy and common gynecological conditions.

Fosters affiliate stability by meeting clinician productivity benchmarks and supports a healthy revenue cycle with accurate and timely charge entries including assignment of appropriate diagnosis and CPT codes.

Youll need to have:

License - Womens Health Care Nurse Practitioner Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner Physicians Assistant Certified Nurse Midwife (ARNP PA or CNM)

At least 1 year in reproductive health care preferred.

You will be required to travel to other PPGNHAIK health centers during the first three months to give you the best training possible in the shortest amount of reimburses travel expenses including overnight lodging when required.

Compensation:PPGNHAIKs compensation philosophy is based on equity and transparency. Starting offers are determined by both the candidates directly applicable experience and internal equity within the pay grade. The pay range is $41.24to $76.58 paid hourly.
