Position Summary

As an Intern Transformation Analyst Intern youll support projects that improve business processes leverage AI tools and enhance operational efficiency. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates who are curious about technology data and business process improvement. Youll gain hands-on experience with automation analytics and modern AI solutions while learning from experienced transformation professionals.

What you will do

  • Assist in building AI-enabled workflows using tools like Microsoft Copilot Power Automate & Salesforce Agentforce
  • Help create Power BI dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
  • Support data analysis using Excel SQL or Python for process improvement initiatives.
  • Document processes and create visual maps (flowcharts swim lanes) for current and future states.
  • Participate in process improvement workshops and help identify opportunities for automation.
  • Research emerging technologies and AI use cases to support innovative efforts.

Education Qualifications

  • Junior or Senior undergrad or graduate students
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics Engineering or related field

Experience Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in learning Power BI CoPilot Agentic AI.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn (e.g. Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • A proactive team player who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous internship/work experience preferred
  • Academic leadership or extra-curricular activity involvement preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Exposure to Power Automate SharePoint or other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Understanding of basic process mapping or Lean concepts.
  • Interest in AI ethics and responsible technology use.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta GA and the salary range for this location is $23.00 to $38.00 per hour. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the companys discretion. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.
