Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

• Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace by maintaining standards and consistently enforcing company policies.
• Planning and overseeing daily operations assigning work rotating tasks and monitoring progress to meet production goals.
• Driving accountability by setting clear expectations for schedule quality and safety and tracking results.
• Supporting staffing needs by participating in interviews and recommending candidates for open positions.
• Communicating regularly with your team about business goals performance and company updates while fostering open dialogue.
• Coaching and mentoring employees providing challenging assignments and regular development discussions to encourage career growth.
• Managing employee relations by addressing concerns promptly supporting conflict resolution and promoting a positive respectful workplace culture.

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours (M-TH 3:00pm - 1:30am)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $70000-$85000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
