DescriptionIf you are a Production Supervisor Professional looking for an opportunity to grow Emerson has an exciting role for you! There are 2nd Shift positions (M-TH 3:00pm - 1:30am) based in our Eden Prairie and Chanhassen MN locations. You will gain skill in the supervision of assigned manufacturing work areas in a manner that will achieve group objectives with regard to safety quality continuous improvement schedule cost training and a positive working environment.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace by maintaining standards and consistently enforcing company policies.
- Planning and overseeing daily operations assigning work rotating tasks and monitoring progress to meet production goals.
- Driving accountability by setting clear expectations for schedule quality and safety and tracking results.
- Supporting staffing needs by participating in interviews and recommending candidates for open positions.
- Communicating regularly with your team about business goals performance and company updates while fostering open dialogue.
- Coaching and mentoring employees providing challenging assignments and regular development discussions to encourage career growth.
- Managing employee relations by addressing concerns promptly supporting conflict resolution and promoting a positive respectful workplace culture.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours (M-TH 3:00pm - 1:30am)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
