What Will You Do

• Perform DEXA scans (bone density and body composition) and guide clients through a seamless professional experience
• Own your scanning daysmanage your schedule equipment and client flow with autonomy
• Work in our storefront locations delivering consistent high-quality scans
• Handle light administrative work and equipment care
• Complete paid onboarding training (one week travel covered) to learn our systems and scanning protocols

Requirements

• We will pay for your licensing and training to become a certified DEXA technologist.
• Interest in healthcare and preventive wellness
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $24/hour ($45760 annualized at 40 hrs/week)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 7% of base annually ($3203)half paid in cash ($1602) half in stock options
• Team Revenue Bonus: $500/month when we hit monthly goals ($6000 annuallywe hit our goals 9 out of 12 months in 2025)
• Total Cash Compensation: Up to $53362
• Equity: Stock options through performance bonus and additional grants based on performance
