A Day in the Life

  • Morning Rhythm: Reviewing new internet leads responding with speed and sending personalized video introductions.

  • The Grind: Executing high-volume outbound calls and texts to your database to re-engage past customers.

  • Value Building: Handling inbound calls and pricing questions by shifting the focus to the unique experience Pride Kia offers.

  • Appointment Mastery: Setting firm appointments and coordinating with the showroom sales team for a seamless handoff.

  • Data Integrity: Meticulously updating the CRM so that every customers journey is documented.

Qualifications

  • Mindset Over Experience: We hire for character and train for skill. If you lack direct experience but possess an unstoppable work ethic and a can-do mindset we want to meet you.

  • Open to Learning: If you have previous sales or telemarketing experience you must bring an open mind and a willingness to learn the Pride Way of doing business.

  • Visual Communication: Must be comfortable and enthusiastic about recording short professional videos for customer outreach.
