About the Role
D1 Training is an athletic-based fitness franchise focused on helping athletes of all ages reach their goals both on and off the field. As we continue to grow we are looking for a Sales Appointment Coordinator who excels at appointment setting outbound outreach and relationship building.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people following up consistently and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships.
What Youll Do
- Proactively contact leads via phone text and email to set consultations and appointments
- Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses schools and community organizations
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
- Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended
- Build rapport with parents athletes and adult clients to understand their goals
- Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
- Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
- Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community
What Were Looking For
- Experience in sales appointment setting customer service or call center environments
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized reliable and consistent with follow-through
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Interest in fitness athletics or helping people improve their performance
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

At D1 Training we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1 we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the worlds best athletes and deliver the in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
