About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Operationsto drive the scaling of Seamoretechs pilots and commercial deployments. This role is crucial to bridge technical development with execution ensuring efficiency across engineering supply chain and business operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead the operational roadmap from pilot validation to commercial scale.

- Oversee supply chain procurement and vendor relationships.

- Implement operational processes and KPIs to ensure on-time delivery.

-Coordinate with the CTO CEO and technical team to align operations with strategic goals.

- Manage and grow a cross-functional operations team (engineering logistics support).

- Support market entry execution in Spain Portugal and later Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

- 5 years experience in operations industrial project management or scaling hardware startups.

-Strong understanding of supply chain and process optimization.

- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment.

- Strong communication in English; Portuguese/Spanish a plus.
