Job Summary
What you will do
As Engineer Regional Technical Support you play a crucial role in providing end to end sales support to Senior Leaders (regional). You are responsible for (technical support quotation preparation order processing & daily communication with customer)
How you will do it
- Prepare quotations facilitate product selection
- Respond to technical queries and provide product support and guidance to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
What we look for
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related fields with 2-3 years experience.
- Fresh graduate with engineering background is welcome to apply.
- Experience in managing confidential and time-sensitive information
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Mandarin language capability is required to support China.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
