Engineering is at the core of EverAIs success. The team is lean and highly technical currently around 70 employees and works with cutting-edge AI technologies including Python PyTorch vLLM HuggingFace SFT RLHF and DPO to build and scale advanced generative AI systems.

The Role

This is ahigh-priority Player/Coach role. You will lead a team of 3 AI engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in the codebase.

• Primary Focus:Owning the brain and architecture of our core product.

• Coding Split:Approximately 50% hands-on coding (Python/PyTorch).

• Reporting Line:Reports directly toCTO.

• Location:Fully Remote (Targeting Europe/UK time zones or similar).

Total Compensation is designed for exponential growth.

• Base Salary:$150000 $200000 USD.

• Equity:$80000 in Company Share Options.

Candidate Requirements

Hard Skills & Experience

• 8 yearsin AI/LLM engineering.

• Expert Proficiency:Python and PyTorch.

• Model Lifecycle:Deep experience in fine-tuning (SFT RLHF DPO).

• Scale:Must have shipped LLM features to production for large user bases.

• Education:Masters degree or higher in a relevant field.

Soft Skills & Traits

• Shipping Mindset:Good enough and live beats perfect but late.

• Comfort with Content:Must be comfortable working with and moderatingNSFW content.
