Job Summary
Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Priority Location: Philippines
Working Hours: 9AM - 4PM (Mon - Fri) EST (i.e. Night shift in Philippines)
Salary Range: $1500 - $1800 USD per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

About the Company:
OpenBorder is hiring a Philippines-based AR Specialist to manage accounts receivable operations for its merchants. The role involves maintaining books in QuickBooks validating billing from an internal platform performing manual reconciliations and communicating directly with merchants via email and calls in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain AR and invoices in QuickBooks
- Review billing calculations from internal systems
- Perform manual reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on payments and handle merchant queries
- Communicate with US merchants during EST hours
Requirements:
- 24 years of AR experience
- Strong QuickBooks knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and Google sheets
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable working night shift (EST)
- Philippines-based reliable remote setup
- Driven and hungry to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to understand requirements and work towards them
Preferred:
- Experience in supply chain / logistics / trade industries
- Prior experience supporting US clients
- Knowledge of how to use AI is beneficial
