Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the FDR Financial Group remotely.
- Handle data entry file management and document preparation.
- Communicate with clients and internal team members through email and phone.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
- Manage and update databases with accurate information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
