BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seekingDirect Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the team in and around NEPA! BAYADAs special needs aides - DSPs - work 1:1 in home and community settings as a companion and mentor. We specialize in assisting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities reach their full potential!
Make an Impact:
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing grooming hygiene)
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and housekeeping
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Participate in community integration activities
- Spend time on the clients favorite hobbies and activities
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule
- Flexible scheduling (part-time various shifts)
- Short commute times (we try to match opportunities near your home)
- Mileage reimbursement

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
