Department Title: Undergrad Intern Technology Order Management Execution & Compliance

Interns must be located in the same location throughout the duration of their internship and are prohibited from returning laptop/equipment to a different office location or shipping their equipment back.

Position Summary:

Our Franklin Templeton Technology (FTT) Order Management Execution & Compliance team supports several mission-critical portfolio management systems with a primary focus on our ETF (exchange traded fund) business.

We are currently engaged in many transformational technology projects. These initiatives will have a lasting and meaningful impact on the ETF business and entire company. The ETF business has experienced tremendous growth and these projects will help push the team to even greater heights.

Key Responsibilities Can Include:

• Develop proofs of concept for next major initiatives
• Collaborate with senior engineers on existing projects
• Work closely with testers support and users to improve experiences and outcomes

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proficiency in object-oriented languages
• Experience with C# latest versions SQL and Azure services
• Familiarity with financial concepts and data analysis
• Good analytical skills
• Keen willingness to learn and explore new business and technical concepts

This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 37.5 (dependent on state/location) hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $24 - $30 (dependent on location and function) USD per hour.
