Role: Lead HRBP
Work Location: Madrid Spain
We are looking for a Lead HRBP for Spain. We are currently supporting approximately 75 colleagues in Spain. As the Lead HR Business Partner for Spain you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. You will work on talent management employee relations organizational development and compliance with Spanish labor laws. This role requires a proactive adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic international environment.
The new colleague will be managing Infosys Limited Spain and would have the below key responsibilities
Employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Off boarding
Deliver local solutions related to Compensation & Benefits
Applying the various (in country) Infosys Policies
Ensure compliance with Spanish Labour Law & local CBA
Provide guidance to Managers and business leaders on HR related topics
Analyze key HR metrics and develop actionable strategies to enhance employee experience engagement and overall organizational effectiveness.
We are looking for someone who gives the focus and effort to optimize and improve the day-to-day processes and systems to drive results enjoys a challenge wants to work in a fast moving and fluid environment and who works well with people across cultures and geographies. As such excellent communication skills and a flexible work approach is needed when working with colleagues with diverse backgrounds and the flexibility and adaptability to work with larger groups is valued.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is flexible and motivated to deliver outcomes and with an ability to adapt and be pro-active in an ever-changing environment. Ideally you would have:
A university degree with a focus on an HR relevant area
4 to 6 years of HR experience in an international matrix and complex for profit organization
Experience in IT sector is a plus
Experience and knowledge of Spanish labour Law HR policies and Benefits
Ability to quickly adapt and learn being very flexible and open to learn new things (in new countries as well)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) with the ability to create reports presentations and manage data effectively.
Experience in managing complex employee relations cases and advise & implement disciplinary actions terminations and conflict resolution.
High proficiency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written)
Results-driven and orientation and the ability to work in demanding and high pace organizations
A strong and disciplined personality
