1数字化落地牵头推进数字化工具的应用支持HAPS实施 工厂数字化战略和年度计划制定和落地执行
2数据收集与分析建立可持续的监控流程收集关键绩效指标数据包括设备综合效率OEE%收率Yield%等分析趋势以评估改进机会并追踪执行效果
3可视化绩效管理协同各运营部门建立高效的现场可视化管理看板
4精益项目推进主导跨职能改进项目运用精益改善工具如Kaizen改善SMED快速换模5S现场管理自主维护AMCenterlining中心值等
5员工能力建设通过标准化作业LSW标准操作规程SOP及精益工具培训提升员工技能辅导团队和个人践行精益运营与持续改进实践
6数字化落地牵头推进数字化工具的应用支持HAPS实施
7组织跨部门周/月度会议分析效率差距与浪费根因并制定行动计划
8每日开展现场GEMBA识别安全质量效率及浪费改善机会
任职资格
1工程理学或相关专业本科及以上学历
23年以上制造业运营相关经验快消经验优先考虑
3需具备运营体系如TPM全面生产维护精益生产或六西格玛项目管理实施经验
4精益六西格玛绿带及以上认证或具备同等六西格玛项目经验
5出色的中英文口语书面及汇报表达能力
6优秀的数字化技能与前瞻性技术敏感度
