About the role

As the Senior Adviser Recruitment Services you will manage and support the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of roles and employment types. Youll be a trusted adviser to hiring managers providing expert guidance on best practice recruitment navigating complex queries and ensuring compliance with policy and legislation - all while delivering a seamless and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality proactive recruitment advice to hiring managers and internal stakeholders ensuring efficient compliant and effective recruitment outcomes
• Overseeing and coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities including the administration of casual engagements position creation job advertising applicant management interview coordination reference checks and offers
• Acting as a key point of contact for complex recruitment queries and cases providing tailored practical solutions
• Using recruitment data and analytics to identify trends inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
• Coaching and supporting colleagues sharing expertise and contributing to team capability and consistency
• Participating in projects that enhance recruitment systems processes and ways of working

About you

Youre a recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and making recruitment feel simple supportive and effective. Highly organised and service-focused you build strong relationships with ease and adapt well to change. You take pride in creating positive candidate and stakeholder experiences and enjoy working collaboratively in a team that values continuous improvement and inclusion.

Youll bring:

• A degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training
• Experience delivering recruitment services across a range of roles or extensive experience in a coordinator or generalist role with strong capability in managing high-volume end-to-end processes ideally within a large or complex organisation
• Strong working knowledge of recruitment systems and applicant tracking systems (such as PageUp) with the ability to leverage data and insights
• Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR policies relevant to recruitment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to provide clear professional advice
• A proactive solutions-focused mindset and the ability to prioritise competing demands
