An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced ICU Registrar (PGY5 ) to join a well-supported Intensive Care Unit in Tasmania.
An opportunity to work in Tasmanias largest private hospital located just five minutes from central Hobart offering panoramic city views. The hospital is a recognised leader in neurosurgery orthopaedics urology gynaecology and complex medical and surgical care supported by modern facilities including an Intensive Care and Critical Care Unit Emergency Department maternity and womens health services and an endoscopy unit.
The Role
You will be working in a well-defined 11-bed ICU comprising 5 ventilated ICU beds and 6 HDU beds. This role suits a confident clinician able to work independently with cardiothoracic ICU experience essential.

Shift Patterns:
- Day: 08:00 20:30
- Night: 20:00 08:30
- PGY5 or above
- ALS certification (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to manage ICU patients independently
- Cardiothoracic ICU experience essential
- Recent ICU experience in a comparable health system
- $130 per hour negotiable
