Classroom and Learning Support
Part time temporaryposition 27.5 hours per week commencing 28th April until end of school year.
Applicants must:
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
- a knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school.
- experience in working with children with special needs including children on the autistic spectrum
- awareness of the needs of students with diagnosed allergies and training in the use of EpiPen
- ability to successfully implement programs and document progress regarding individual and/or small group support
- preparedness to undergo further training in aiding children with special needs
- experience in working collaboratively with teaching staff in a classroom environment
- possesses digital technology skills required for the position
- other duties directed by the Principal
- general employees who work less than 48 weeks per year will be paid an averaged rate of pay in accordance with this subclause of the and receive their applicable annual rate in equal weekly instalments throughout the year.
