Job Summary

About the Support Department:
The department is collaborative supportive and committed to fostering student success. Staff work closely to meet individual needs and provide tailored academic and emotional support.
Responsibilities:
Supporting learning across KS3/4 (with potential sixth-form involvement)
Small group and 1:1 intervention
Assisting with planning assessment observations and pastoral support
Supporting classroom routines and behaviour management
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience working with young people preferred
Strong communication and organisation skills
ECTs or aspiring teachers encouraged to apply
