Job Summary
For our partner a well-established and Ankara-based holding group with a diversified multi-company structure operating across various sectors we are looking for an experienced Lawyer. With its strong organizational culture sustainable growth vision and professional management approach our partner positions the legal function not merely as an operational support unit but as a strategic business partner contributing to decision-making processes across the this context we are seeking a Lawyer who can take a holistic approach to legal matters and work closely with internal stakeholders across group companies.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts for the holding and its group companies
Providing legal support for internal company processes primarily in labor law
Managing litigation and enforcement (execution) proceedings end-to-end
Working closely with internal departments to identify and manage legal risks
Coordinating with external law firms when required
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Law from a reputable university
Solid experience in contracts and labor law
Preferably experienced as an in-house lawyer or having worked at a law firm serving corporate clients
Hands-on experience in litigation and enforcement processes
610 years of professional legal experience
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills high sense of responsibility and effective communication abilities
