Main missions
Deliver the activities of the source to contract process on its business scope by supporting its business partners challenging the demand and activating all the negotiation levers to select the supplier or the most appropriate products/services under the best conditions.
Responsibilities:
Understand the needs of internal partners and support them in their major projects;
Deploy the purchasing strategy(s) defined by the leader category;
Lead negotiations and set up contracts;
Securing contractual relationships with Group suppliers.
As part of your missions you will be expected on your ability to:
In terms of procurement/project management process:
Master and respect the reference purchasing process in accordance with the Group code and the purchasing ethics;
Frame your procurement projects and set priorities and deliver projects in anticipation of possible phases and difficulties of the procurement process;
Autonomy;
Propose process optimization demand review or advanced purchasing practices if relevant.
In terms of purchasing expertise:
Define a procurement strategy or contribute to its elaboration on a simple file (1 entity 1 country and without major transformation challenges between 1 and 500k) and conduct related negotiations (commercial and contractual);
Identify possible cooperation with new branches entities or subsidiaries;
In terms of risk:
Comply with and apply the rules associated with risk control (KYS financial health financial dependency);
Produce compliant contracts (up-to-date and appropriate clauses adaptation of contract clauses according to situations by requesting support from SEGL/JUR the ORM or the manager);
Trace and document your activity in all required tools.
In terms of data:
Produce quality data (compliance vs purchasing process completeness) enter them and classify them correctly in the tools;
Contribute where appropriate to data quality actions.
