We are looking for a Service Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth delivery of our global field service this position you will take full ownership of service coordination activities ensuring that internal teams and external partners work seamlessly together to support service projects worldwide.
This role is central to making sure our field service personnel and contractors are fully prepared for their assignment covering travel documentation access arrangements cost control and project closure while maintaining high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The role offers flexible working hours allowing you to plan and execute tasks based on priority and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for field service personnel and contractors
Arrange shipyard and ship access ensuring all required documentation is prepared and approved
Act as the main coordination contact point for customers during service assignments
Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for external service suppliers contractors and freelancers
Review and process supplier invoices in Medius
Handle internal cost reporting for personnel in the ERP system
Monitor and review service project cost reporting and support project closure activities
Own and maintain the Service Technician Request platform
Maintain assignment and resource planning across systems
Support the field service team with day-to-day coordination requests and problem-solving
Collaborate closely with Project Managers Sales Product Engineering Warranty and Field Service teams
Required Skills & Experience
Experience working with ERP systems particularly Purchase and Project modules
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams SharePoint Office) and PDF tools
Experience with Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as Medius
Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Confident communication skills in English both written and spoken
Ability to quickly learn and navigate customer-specific platforms (e.g. shipyard systems permits SIPSI)
A proactive structured and service-minded approach
