Job Summary
Lead Developer Service Pathway Platform (Azure / / React)
Location: Turku Finland
Salary:per month gross
We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to take ownership of the architecture and hands-on development of a cloud-native multi-tenant Service Pathway Platform running in Microsoft Azure.
This platform helps healthcare organizations coordinate complex care processes manage resources and improve operational performance through structured workflows and data-driven insights.
This role combines hands-on engineering with architectural leadership. You will work within a Scrum team helping design scalable secure solutions used in real-world healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute directly to backend development using and frontend development with React

Take architectural responsibility across application service and infrastructure layers

Design and maintain cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure

Work with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to manage scalable deployments
-
Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices
-
Ensure security scalability and performance in a multi-tenant SaaS environment

Guide decisions around system structure service boundaries and integration patterns

Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate healthcare workflow requirements into technical solutions

Maintain strong observability monitoring and system stability

Support continuous improvement of development practices within the team
Requirements
Must Have
-
Strong backend development experience

Solid React frontend knowledge

Experience working with Microsoft Azure

Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
-
Strong understanding of software architecture and layered system design

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures

Ability to participate in technical discussions within a Scrum environment
Nice to Have

Experience working in healthcare or regulated industries

Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform Bicep etc.)

Experience with data-driven systems or operational analytics

Experience optimizing performance in multi-tenant environments
