We are looking for a motivated and energetic Warranty Coordinator Trainee with a can-do attitude and interest in hands-on work. We value development-oriented team players who can collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment. This is a full-time summer position (MayAugust).
Your Role
As a Warranty Coordinator Trainee you will support the execution of customer claims during the warranty period. Working closely with the Engineering and Documentation teams you will help manage warranty tasks initiate and follow up on orders in our ERP system and assist with the claim management system. You will also respond to customer inquiries regarding their claims and contribute to problem-solving on individual projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Warranty execution: Process customer claims and manage warranty-related tasks
Order follow-up: Initiate and track orders in the ERP system
Customer support: Handle customer inquiries regarding claims and follow up on open actions
Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Documentation and other internal teams
System support: Assist with the claim management system and ensure accurate data entry
What Will Help You Succeed
Education: . or . student (3 years) in a technical field
Attention to detail: High accuracy and organized ways of working
Communication: Active communication style to follow up on open action points
Technical understanding: Capacity to learn about Evac products and processes
Interpersonal skills: Ability to work effectively in an international environment with colleagues and customers
Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems; basic knowledge of business intelligence tools is an advantage
Mindset: Efficient proactive and able to work under tight schedules
