Job Summary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate and qualify enterprise leads through outbound prospecting cold calling email outreach and social engagement.

  • Manage multiple high-value client relationships with strategic follow-up and a focus on long-term partnership growth.

  • Understand customer needs deeply to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service.

  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify business priorities and influence decision-making.

  • Partner with sales and support teams to execute effective sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities pipelines and client interactions.

  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

  • Provide strong support throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent German speaker with C1-level English. Bilingual candidates in French Italian Spanish or Portuguese are also highly desirable.

  • Proven success in outbound B2B tech or SaaS sales with mid-market or enterprise experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong results orientation with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets.

  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders including senior leaders and C-suite executives.

  • Confident consultative communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to executive audiences.

  • Strong understanding of sales technology and familiarity with CRM and sales tools.

  • Ability to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve performance.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.

  • High motivation and a proactive self-driven approach.
