What were looking for:

Bachelor degree in IT or similar
5 years of experience with Java (version 8) and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems namely Apache Kafka for asynchronous communication and data streaming.
Experience with Front-End frameworks or libraries such as React or Angular is valued
Good knowledge in data structures algorithms and object-oriented design.
Hands-on experience with multithreading concurrency and performance optimization.
Proficiency with relational databases including setup tuning and complex SQL queries.
Hands-on experience with API development and systems integration
Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines Git and containerization tools (e.g. Docker)
Good English level is required
Good French level is valued
Familiarity with agile methodologies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities in a hybrid work environment (3 days per week in office).
