We are looking for Customer Support Agents with Greek & English who will contact and support the best customers in the market within the iGaming Industry
Tasks
- Providing support in Greek by phone email and Live chats;
- Processing with high attention to details and content;
- Identifying clients needs and proactively proposing solutions;
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Requirements
Previous experience as a support agent online ideally within the iGaming/Gambling industry
Proficiency in English and Greek both written and spoken;
Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Attention to detail;
Availability to work in office and on shifts covering Monday to Sunday 24x7
Shifts:
Day shift 900am to 1800pm and 1400pm to 23pm rotating each week working 5 days 2 days off on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance
Late shift 1700pm to 2am working 5 days 2 days off on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance
Night shift 2300pm to 9am 3 days work 3 days off
