To support this mission we are looking for a Senior Flutter Web Developer who is passionate about building secure high-performance web applications and enjoys working on products where security scalability and reliability truly matter.

Tasks

As a Senior Flutter Web Developer you will take ownership of core parts of our Flutter-based web platform. You will help define frontend architecture ensure excellent performance and implement security-critical features in close collaboration with backend AI and product teams.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in BLoC state management strong frontend security awareness and a performance-driven mindset.

Your Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain high-performance Flutter web applications
Define and enforce clean architecture patterns with a strong focus on BLoC
Build scalable testable and maintainable state management solutions
Optimize rendering bundle size load times and runtime performance
Implement security-focused frontend solutions (authentication authorization secure storage API protection)
Collaborate closely with backend AI product and UX teams
Review code mentor team members and contribute to technical standards
Proactively identify technical risks security issues and performance bottlenecks

Requirements

Several years of professional experience with Flutter including Flutter WebDeep hands-on expertise with BLoC / Cubit and event-driven architectures
Strong understanding of Flutter rendering widget lifecycle and performance optimization
Solid experience with web security concepts such as:

OAuth / OpenID Connect / JWT-based authentication
Secure API communication
Protection against XSS CSRF and common web vulnerabilities

Experience designing scalable frontend architectures
Confident working with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
Strong testing mindset (unit widget and integration tests)
Ability to take technical ownership and make architectural decisions

Nice to Have

Experience with security compliance or risk management platforms
CI/CD experience for Flutter web
Familiarity with performance monitoring and profiling tools
Open-source contributions in the Flutter ecosystem
Experience with accessibility and internationalization
