CK Group are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of fine chemicals based near Cambridge. This role is a full-time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform directed maintenance servicing administrative and related tasks under the Maintenance Leads guidance.
- Prioritise safety by conducting basic risk assessments ensuring safe operations and compliance with company procedures.
- Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and contractors.
- Assist the Maintenance Lead in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities.
Minimum Qualifications:- Mechanical maintenance experience with basic electrical knowledge and skills.
- Knowledge of working with hazardous chemicals and materials including associated risks.
- Basic proficiency in using tool craft equipment including grinding and welding tools.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
