Responsibilities include:
Creating and executing marketing campaigns analyzing market trends identifying target audiences and working closely with various departments to achieve marketing goals.
Developing marketing strategies and plans to promote products or services increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Managing and executing Marketing campaigns digital social media email and traditional advertising to reach audiences effectively.
Conducting Market research analyze market trends consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and inform marketing strategies.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance. Tracking KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Managing a marketing team providing leadership guidance and mentorship to a team.
Budget management developing marketing budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and campaigns are executed.
Working closely with sales product development and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Must have a relevant completed tertiary qualification and at least 3-5 years experience. Canva and MS Office is essential.
